Regionalización y desarrollo

Abstract

En 2008, el entonces presidente de Venezuela, Hugo Chávez, indicó que a pesar de no haber podido materializar la reforma constitucional, buscaría impulsar una nueva geometría del poder por vía legislativa. Casi siete años después, a fines de 2014, el actual presidente, Nicolás Maduro, firmó el decreto de «Regionalización Integral para el Desarrollo Socioproductivo de la Patria», mediante el cual su gobierno se propuso crear y administrar zonas espaciales del territorio nacional, en función de sus recursos y características particulares. En Argentina también existen experiencias de regionalización, aunque no a nivel general, sino a escala local y regional. Este artículo da cuenta de la configuración regional del centro de la provincia de Buenos Aires y de la situación productiva del sur del país.

In 2008, the president at the time of Venezuela, Hugo Chávez, indicated that in spite of not have materialized the constitutional reform, it would seek to stimulate a new geometry of the power for legislative route. At the end of 2014, the current president, Nicolás Maduro, signed the decree of «Integral Regionalization for the Development Socioproductivo of the Mother land», by means of which his government proposed to create and to administer spatial zones of the national territory, depending on his resources and particular characteristics. In Argentina also experiences of regionalization exist, though not to general level, but to local and regional scale. This article realizes of the regional configuration of the center of the province of Buenos Aires and of the productive situation of the south of the country.
