Procesos integradores en la Televisión Digital Pública

Abstract

La televisión actual, no solo ha revolucionado por su formato digital, sino que ha incorporado nuevos contenidos que desafían saberes establecidos. En este escenario, convergen las funciones de la tv: entretener, educar e informar y los sentidos formativos, educativos y pedagógicos comienzan a tener protagonismo a partir de la sanción de la Ley de Servicios de Comunicación Audiovisual, la Televisión Digital y la creación del primer canal público infantil Pakapaka. En este marco se configuran nuevas reglas de juego para el mercado comunicacional, junto a los relatos democratizadores cuyos mecanismos nos conducen a pensar a la TV como un espacio participativo y de construcción ciudadana.

In this frame new rules of game are formed for the communication market, close to the statements destined to democratize whose mechanisms drive us to think the TV as a participative space and of civil construction.
