Abstract

En este artículo, se presenta el análisis en torno al tratamiento mediático de la creación de la Casa Central de la Cultura Popular en la Villa 21 Barracas. Al mismo tiempo, se analiza de qué modo el «traslado» de la sede de la entonces Secretaría de Cultura de la Nación y su posterior jerarquización como Ministerio. En este marco, también se reflexiona acerca de la posición que asumen los medios de comunicación en la construcción de hegemonías y los modos en que entendemos la cultura y lo público.

In this article, one presents the analysis concerning the media treatment of the creation of the Headquarters of the Popular Culture in the Villa 21 Barracas. At the same time, it is analyzed of what way the «movement» of the headquarters of the Secretariat at the time of Culture of the Nation and his later hierarchical organization like Department. In this frame, also it is thought over brings over of the position that the mass media assume in the construction of hegemonías and the manners in which we understand the culture and the public thing.
