Abstract

Este trabajo pretende dar a conocer un estilo de intervención frente a la violencia conyugal que complementa y contradice las prácticas habituales mediante las cuales las víctimas deben presentarse como tales ante consultorios o instituciones. Esta violencia abarca infinidad de alternativas y cada pareja se enlaza violentamente según sus motivaciones conscientes e inconscientes. Como el problema ha dejado de ser privado, la elección consciente e inconsciente de cada pareja se desarrolla en circuitos asimétricos en los que el poder de daño físico y las predilecciones públicas y sociales juegan habitualmente en beneficio del varón. Nuestros Equipos eligen otras estrategias, modifican la relación con la víctima pero advertimos que ésta puede tener bloqueada cualquier salida habilitante de concepciones simbólicas y que retorne a vivir con el sujeto maltratante y a compaginar nuevamente una dupla de sufrimientos. Sin más pretensión que exponer un nuevo estilo de acercamiento a la víctima, templado por perspectivas psicoanalíticas y limitado por sus posibilidades personales y por su entorno, se presenta este texto que además propone considerar las complejidades que se involucran en la génesis del problema.

The article describes the operation of Family Violence mobile team which is part of Victims against Violence Program, of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights from Argentina. The Program was founded in 2006. The staff involves 120 psychologists and social workers with psychoanalytic training, 4 lawyers and policemen. When they receive a distress call by a victim of domestic violence, a psychoanalytic trained operator serving the toll free number 137 for 24 hours available takes the call and disposes the scroll of the Team to the victims home if they agree. They escort the victim to complaint to court or to the hospital if needed or wherever she wants to go. Victims who refuses to complaint to court constitute 40% of the analyzed statistics. This paper is about them, analyzing the characteristics of these women who are contacted almost immediately after the attack. Mostly, they appear as weakwilled personalities, sleepy and powerless. It's possible to assume a dismissal of affection, in combination with disproved and an elopement alternative as a primary defense and, in some circumstances, the chance to overcome this state of mind, according to the chronological time coping in physical marital violence. The text proposes this activity as an application of psychoanalytic theory in the field and by government intervention.
