Ética de la nueva humanización y la vida

Abstract

El presente artículo da cuenta del estado actual de las reflexiones acerca de la pobreza, la miseria y la deshumanización en América Latina y el Caribe, señalando también el fuerte papel que desempeñan las ideologías políticas y culturales que agravan la situación de los pueblos, y proponiendo la superación de estos problemas por medio de la instauración de un nuevo humanismo ético. Así mismo rescata ciertos puntos positivos de la sociedad actual, relacionados con el sentimiento de justicia y Derechos Humanos, a la vez que denuncia el pluralismo ético de la sociedad civil moderna y su legislación, tanto la injerencia de grupos económicos en el ámbito de las ciencias humanas como el financiamiento de investigaciones que atentan contra la propia vida. El autor propone encarar dicha realidad atendiendo al concepto teológico de Creación por medio del cual debe ser entendida la naturaleza humana en sí misma y en vínculo con los demás.

The present article poses reflections about poverty, misery and dehumanization in Latin America and the Caribbean. On the one hand, it points out the strong role played by political and cultural ideologies that aggravate the situation of peoples, but, on the other, it suggests solutions to these problems, by means of the establishment of a new ethic humanism. In addition, the article underlines certain positive points of our present society, in relation to justice and human rights, while it denounces ethic pluralism of the modern civil society and its legislation, as much as, the interference of economic groups in human science field, and the financing of investigation that attacks life itself. Finally, the author proposes to face reality attending to the theological concept of creation by means of which human nature must be understood, not only on its own but also in relation to other human beings.
