dc.description.abstract El presente artículo realiza un recorrido por historias generales del arte argentino publicadas en el siglo XX desde la perspectiva teórica de los estudios sobre cultura escrita. Se reflexiona sobre la historia del género en la Argentina como un lugar de inscripción para el pasado artístico, a partir de la relación sostenida con diferentes prácticas y espacios editoriales. A través de este recorrido, se pone de relieve la insistencia de determinados sentidos asignados a la escritura y a la historia en la producción de estos artefactos culturales. es
dc.description.abstract This article presents a tour of general histories of Argentine art published in the 20th century from the theoretical perspective of studies on written culture. It reflects on the history of the genre in Argentina based on the relationship maintained with different practices and publishing spaces as a place of inscription for the artistic past. Through this tour, we aim to emphasize the insistence of certain meanings assigned to writing and history in the production of these cultural artifacts. en
