dc.description.abstract El autor da cuenta en este artículo del trabajo de recuperación llevado a cabo por un grupo de realizadores, nucleados en el Movimiento Audiovisual Platense (MAP), que se propuso realizar una película documental que rescatara la historia de la Escuela de Cinematografía de La Plata (Argentina), creada por Cándido Moneo Sanz, en 1955, y luego declarada extinta y finalmente cerrada por la última Dictadura cívico militar, en 1978. es
