Desafíos de gestión en un con-texto de cambios: entre lo proyectado y lo posible

Abstract

En el artículo la autora aborda los desafíos de la gestión del proyecto de extensión universitaria «Organización territorial», llevado a cabo por el equipo extensionista Jóvenes en Interacción (JEI) que, desde 2009, desarrolla sus actividades en el barrio San Carlos de La Plata (Buenos Aires, Argentina). Ante el cambio de gestión del gobierno nacional, cuya impronta es el recorte y la reducción de la figura del Estado, el equipo enfrenta el desafío de repensar las propuestas de intervención territorial que, en el caso del mencionado proyecto, se articulaban con el Plan de Finalización de Estudios (Fines).

In the article the authoress approaches the challenges of the management of the project of university extension «Territorial organization», carried out by the extensionista equipment Youngers in Interaction (JEI) that, from 2009, develops his activities in the neighborhood San Carlos of La Plata (Buenos Aires, Argentina). Before the change of management of the national government, which stamp is the cut and the reduction of the figure of the State, the equipment faces the challenge of rethinking the offers of territorial intervention that, in case of the mentioned project, were articulated by the Plan of Ending study (Fines).
