Valoración de chelidonina en Chelidonium majus L. (Papaveraceae) cultivado en Argentina

Abstract

Con la finalidad de reemplazar Chelidonium majus L. (Papaveraceae), que se importa, por droga proveniente de cultivos experimentales que se están realizando en Azul (Argentina), se efectuaron durante tres años consecutivos ensayos fitoquímicos en los distintos estadios del ciclo biológico a fin de comprobar la presencia de chelidonina, principal alcaloide. Se obtuvieron valores de chelidonia de 1,273 g por 100 g de material vegetal seco de planta completa cultivada, en comparación con los 0,920 g por 100 g de material vegetal seco que contiene la droga importada.

With the purpose, of replacing Chelidonium majus L. (Papaveraceae), which is imported, by a drug obtained from experimental cultures which are being carried out iN Azul (Argentina), phytochemical essays at different stages in the biologic cycle were accomplished during three years with the aim of checking the presence of chelidonine (main alkaloid). Values of chelidonine of 1.273 g per 100 g of dried material in the entire cultivated plant and 0.920 g per 100 g of dried material in the imported drug were obtained.
