Nuevas técnicas de fiscalización de medicamentos

Abstract

Se propone el desarrollo de un sistema integral de fiscalización para los sucesivos pasos de fabricación, producción, venta y consumo de fármacos bajo control legal. Permite la detección automática e inmediata de cualquier infracción en el manejo de medicamentos incluídos en listas vigentes y otros que la Autoridad Sanitaria determine fiscalizar. De alta simplicidad y compatible con los actuales métodos de control; introduce formas simples de recolección y acumulación de información. Mediante técnicas de informática y computación se logra rápido acceso a cualquier información de todo el circuito paciente-médico-farmacia-droguería-laboratorio. Puede ser aplicado en localidades rurales y urbanas y permite la interconección de zonas controladas a nivel regional, nacional e internacional.

A new complete system for checking the succesives stages in the production, distribution, and consumptiion of medicines under legal control is proposed. The system allows the automatic detection of any infringement in the handling of medicines under sanitary control. it is not sophisticated and compatible with the current methods of control. It provides a very simple approach for the recolection and inputing of data. Amenable to processing by computer, the system provides a useful way for the rapid access to any information in the chain patient-physician-pharmacydrugstore- laboratory. It can be applied in mral and urban areas allowing an interlocked control of different zones at regional, national and international level.
