El cuerpo en psicoanálisis: sufrimiento adolescente en la clínica actual

Abstract

El presente trabajo se plantea repensar la noción de “cuerpo en psicoanálisis” a partir del recogimiento de fenómenos clínicos relevados en las entrevistas con adolescentes y sus familias, en las cuales aparece el cuerpo como vehículo de circulación de la multiplicidad de sufrimientos de las subjetividades adolescentes. Cuestión que implica un desafío a los dispositivos de abordaje y a los modelos de intervención clínica que se proponen como meta el alivio de esos malestares. La constatación de los cambios en la subjetividad de la época actual ha suscitado el debate respecto a si se trata de nuevas patologías o de nuevos modos de presentación sintomática de los desequilibrios de la economía libidinal de las clásicas estructuras psicopatológicas. Estado de situación que interpela los marcos conceptuales con los que intentamos comprender y transformar dichos padecimientos. A los fines de contribuir en el análisis, se recupera la distinción establecida por Silvia Bleichmar entre producción de subjetividad y constitución del psiquismo analizando la incidencia que lo histórico social tiene sobre los modos del funcionamiento psíquico. El campo de la Clínica psicoanalítica con adolescentes nos confronta con los problemas específicos del trabajo con sujetos en proceso de reorganización subjetiva. Considerando al momento adolescente como un proceso que pone a prueba al yo, tanto en su función defensiva como en la capacidad para ligar y simbolizar las representaciones traumáticas que comienzan con el embate puberal, se hace necesario comprender el modo de constitución y de funcionamiento de la misma, siendo esta instancia, residuo identificatorio que toma a su cargo y metaforiza en un conjunto representacional la totalidad del organismo, incluyendo la superficie corporal. Por último, atendiendo a la complejidad de lo corporal en el sujeto psíquico, resulta necesario distinguir metapsicológicamente los diferentes estatutos del cuerpo: somático, erógeno y representacional.

The present work proposes to rethink the notion of „the body in psychoanalysis‟ from the collection of clinical phenomena surveyed in the interviews with teenagers and their families in which the body appears as a vehicle of circulation of the multiplicity of the sufferings of adolescent subjectivities. That implies a challenge to the device of approach and to the models of clinical intervention that are proposed like goal the alleviation of those discomforts. The observation of the changes in the subjectivity of the present time has provoked the debate regarding whether it is new pathologies or new modes of symptomatic presentation of the imbalances in the libidinal economy of the classic psychopathological structures. This state of situation challenges the conceptual frameworks with which we try to understand and transform these sufferings. In order to contribute to the analysis, the distinction established by Silvia Bleichmar between the production of subjectivity and the constitution of the psyche is recovered by analyzing the incidence that the social historical has on the modes of psychic functioning. The field of Psychoanalytic Clinic with adolescents confronts us with the specific problems of working with subjects in the process of subjective reorganization. Considering the adolescent moment as a process that tests the I, both in the defensive function and in the ability to bind and symbolize the traumatic representations that begin with the pubertal onslaught, it is necessary to comprehend the way of the constitution and operation of it, being this instance, identifying waste that takes charge and metaphors in a representational group the entire body, including body surface. Finally, taking into account the complexity of the body in the psychic subject, it is necessary to distinguish meta-psychologically the different body statutes: somatic, erogenous and representational.
