Indagaciones acerca de la evaluación y la pericia psicológica

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es indagar un área de inserción profesional del psicólogo, tal como lo es el ámbito jurídico -por medio de la actuación pericial-, a partir de pensar a la época actual bajo el primado de la “Evaluación”. Para esto, se abordará, en un principio, el concepto de “Evaluación” desde las conceptualizaciones aportadas por Jacques Lacan respecto a la supremacía del Discurso Universitario a partir del Declive del discurso del Amo y las implicancias que esto tiene en relación con los vínculos. A continuación, se podrán en relación esas conceptualizaciones con la práctica pericial, indagando respecto a las vicisitudes del quehacer profesional, problematizando la relación entre evaluación y producción de subjetividad. Algunos interrogantes que guían este capítulo son, en principio, ¿qué es la evaluación? ¿Qué es evaluar? ¿Es posible evaluar? ¿Qué es lo que se evalúa? ¿Qué pasa con la subjetividad en la pericia? ¿Cuál es el tratamiento que se le da? ¿Cómo poder “evaluar” psicológicamente a un sujeto? ¿Es la pericia una herramienta que permite el ejercicio de un poder? Algunos de estos interrogantes intentarán ser respondidos a lo largo del artículo; otros serán problematizados sin poder arribar a una conclusión definitiva. Finalmente, en la conclusión se abrirán nuevos interrogantes que permitirán seguir indagando acerca del tema propuesto: la producción de subjetividad a partir de la evaluación (en este caso particular, la práctica pericial del psicólogo).

The objective of this chapter is to investigate an area of professional insertion of the Psychologist in the legal field -by means of the expert performance-, by thinking the current time under the primacy of the "Evaluation‟. For this, the concept of "Evaluation‟ will be approached from the conceptualizations contributed by Lacan regarding the supremacy of the Discourse of the University from the Discourse of the Master, and the implications that this has in relation to bonds. Then, these conceptualizations can be related to the expert practice, investigating the vicissitudes of professional work, problematizing the relationship between evaluation and production of subjectivity. Some questions that guide this chapter are: In principle: what is evaluation? Is it possible to evaluate? What is evaluated? What happens to subjectivity in the expert‟s opinion? What is the treatment that is given? How to "evaluate‟ a subject psychologically? Is the expert‟s opinion a tool that allows the exercise of a power? Some of these questions will try to be answered throughout the chapter; others will be problematized without being able to arrive at a definitive conclusion. Finally, in the conclusion new questions will be opened that will allow us to continue investigating about the proposed topic: the production of subjectivity from the evaluation (in this particular case, the expert practice of the psychologist).
