Resultados de mediciones de confort higrotérmico en viviendas de interés social en Tierra del Fuego

Abstract

El objetivo general del trabajo consiste en el análisis del confort higrotérmico de verano en viviendas de interés social en clima muy frío. Sobre una muestra de 26 casos se exponen resultados de 20 auditorias en Río Grande, Tierra del Fuego. Esto con el fin de abarcar la mayor diversidad de tipologías y sistemas constructivos. Los resultados muestran la variación de comportamiento térmico según la tecnología implementada y su correlación con el gas natural consumido. Se observa a través del análisis que los usuarios logran, lo que consideran, sus condiciones de bienestar por medio de un excedente en el consumo de gas para calefacción.

The main objective of the work is the analysis of the summer higrothermal comfort on low - income housing in a very cold climate. The sample of 26 cases, carried out in the country of Tierra del Fuego, tried to be representative of the diverse prototypes of buildings and the different constructive systems. The exposed results are of the 20 audits belonging to the city of Río Grande. It was looked for to evaluate the thermal quality of the housings, to confirm the existence of an excessive consumption of gas in heating and a overheating that it is due to the user's inappropriate behavior.
