Horacio Núñez Miñana y la enseñanza de las finanzas públicas en la UNLP

Abstract

En esta nota se presenta una reseña sobre la contribución de Horacio Núñez Miñana al desarrollo de la enseñanza de la teoría de las Finanzas Públicas en la UNLP (Universidad Nacional de La Plata), ámbito en el cual el destacado economista, fallecido en el año 1985, dejara su importante legado académico, tanto para quienes fueran sus alumnos y muchos otros que les sucedieran, como para los colegas que tuvieron la oportunidad de convivir en el campo académico su trayectoria y ser alentados por sus contribuciones. El trabajo efectúa un repaso de la literatura disponible en la disciplina, según ella era analizada y enseñada en la citada Universidad en los años previos, durante y posteriores al paso de HNM por la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas platense.

The paper presents a review of Horacio Núñez Miñana's contribution to the teaching of the theory of Public Finance in the UNLP (National University of La Plata), institution where the prominent economist, death in 1985, left his worthy academic legacy, not only to those who were his students and many others that followed them, but also to his colleagues, who had the opportunity to cohabite with him in the academic field during his trajectory and were animated by his contributions. The paper makes a summary of the literature on the discipline as it was analyzed and studied in the cited University in years before, during and after that HNM passed through the School of Economics of La Plata.
