Evaluación de características térmicas de dos escuelas ubicadas en Alte. Brown, provincia de Buenos Aires, utilizando programas sencillos desarrollados en el CIHE

Abstract

Este artículo presenta un estudio de las características térmicas de dos edificios educacionales ubicados en la zona sur del Gran Buenos Aires. El trabajo realizado tuvo dos objetivos: evaluar aspectos vinculados al comportamiento térmico de los edificios, proponiendo los cambios necesarios para mejorarlos, y además verificar la aptitud de las planillas de cálculo E-Clim, Evaluador Energético, Cal-K y E-Temp, desarrolladas en el CIHE, para su uso como herramienta auxiliar durante el desarrollo del proyecto. Dichas planillas se utilizaron para realizar las distintas etapas del análisis, mostrando de manera clara los problemas a corregir para mejorar el confort y la habitabilidad del edificio una vez construido. Se constató también la factibilidad de uso de las planillas para evaluar las características térmicas de los edificios, resultando herramientas prácticas en el proceso de elección de materiales y disposiciones constructivas de los cerramientos.

This article provides a study of the thermal characteristics of the envelope in two schools located in the southern area of Buenos Aires’ suburbs. The study carried out has two objectives: to evaluate the thermal behaviour of the buildings, proposing changes if necessary, and to verify the aptitude of the calculation software E-Clim, Energy Evaluator, Cal-K and E-Temp, developed in the CIHE, as these programs could be used as a helpful tool in the design process of a building. The software mentioned was used in the different stages from the analysis, showing clearly the problems in need of correction, in order to improve comfort and habitability of the building. This software can be used to evaluate the thermal characteristics of building enveloping materials and constructive dispositions.
