Los gobiernos de Menem y Duhalde y los votos en la Asamblea General de Naciones Unidas

Abstract

El trabajo indaga sobre los paradigmas que movieron y llevaron a decidir en Política Exterior a los gobiernos de Carlos Menem y Eduardo Duhalde y busca la relación entre estos y el voto argentino en la Asamblea General de la Organización de Naciones Unidas, haciendo fundamental hincapié en la cuestión Malvinas, el llamado "voto Cuba", los ensayos nucleares y la situación en Medio Oriente. Para ello estudia los discursos de asunción presidencial de cada uno de ellos, así como algunos de sus mensajes presidenciales en la apertura de las sesiones ordinarias del Congreso Nacional.

The work investigates on the paradigms that moved and it took to decide in Foreign policy to the governments of Carlos Menem and Eduardo Duhalde and looks for the relation between these and the argentine vote in the General Assembly of the Organization of United Nations, making fundamental emphasis in the Falklands question, the call "Cuba vote", the nuclear tests and the situation of the Middle East. For this it studies the speeches of presidential assumption of each one of them, as well as some of his presidential messages in the opening of the ordinary sessions of the National Congress.
