Ensayos normalizados de colectores solares y sistemas de calentamiento de agua en Argentina: análisis de la situación, avances y dificultades

Abstract

Se analiza en este trabajo el estado en que se encuentra la utilización de normativas y estándares para ensayar sistemas de calentamiento de agua mediante energía solar y un componente principal de los mismos: el colector solar plano. Se analiza la situación de algunos países Iberoamericanos y Argentina. El objetivo central fue realizar un diagnóstico de la situación para fijar un punto de partida que permita plantear para Argentina un sistema organizativo que administre la certificación y homologación de equipos para garantizar cualidades mínimas de calidad. Del análisis de las normativas más utilizadas, se propone la utilización de normas para nuestro país. De la experiencia recogida por el Grupo de Energía Solar de la UNRC en la interacción con los fabricantes locales y en función a los resultados obtenidos en varios ensayos realizados, se proponen acciones a desarrollar en investigaciones futuras y actividades educativas y de entrenamiento.

This work analyses the situation of the normalization and standards systems for testing flat plate collector and whole solar water heating systems. The situation of some Ibero-American countries close related to Argentina in this subject is commented. The main goal was to perform a diagnostic of the situation in order to set an initial point that allows studying an organized system for Argentina to administer the certification of products to guarantee minimum qualities for them. From the analysis of the most used standards and norms, some suggestions are made to our country. From the experience acquired by making tests in the laboratory of the Solar Energy Group of the National University of Rio Cuarto, the work with local manufacturers and vendors, and taking in account the results of the tests, some actions are proposed to ease the understanding of the norms and to promote the educational and training activities.
