Ampliación Facultad de Artes - UNT

Abstract

La Facultad de Artes es un edificio de características singulares, compuesto por construcciones de diversas épocas, patrimonio arquitectónico de la UNT. El mismo no cuenta con suficiente espacio para albergar todas las carreras que se dictan en él, y por ello se desarrolló un proyecto de refuncionalización y ampliación, cuya construcción se inició a finales del 2009. En la propuesta se plantearon como fundamentales la visión patrimonial y sobre todo la arquitectónico-ambiental, buscando que el nuevo edificio educativo, de 7600 m², brindara buenas condiciones de confort interior, especialmente en el aspecto térmico para reducir los costos de funcionamiento, acondicionando artificialmente sólo sectores que lo requerían preponderantemente. Para lograr una envolvente adecuada al clima se pensaron cerramientos que lograran responder térmicamente a un nivel de confort lo más alto posible según Normas IRAM, y que no presentaran riesgo de condensación. Se tuvo en cuenta la elección de carpinterías, protecciones solares y colores, así como aspectos básicos de orientación y forma.

The Faculty of Arts is a singular building which is composed by constructions of many periods and is an architectural patrimony from de National University of Tucuman. This institution, in his actual building, has not enough space to receive all the carriers that it teach, so the university authority decide to made an important enlargement that its began on December 2009. In this project there were two points of view, the patrimonial aspect and the environmental view which is fundamental in order to satisfy appropriate comfort levels in its educational spaces -specially in thermal aspectusing artificial conditioning only in sectors that its need necessarily, with the main goal to diminish the energy consumption. To reach this objective is necessary an external surface adapted to the local climate with a thermal behavior level B settled down by IRAM regulations and without condensation risk. Also was considerate the window type, solar protections, external surfaces colors, and orientation.
