Una apuesta al lazo en la clínica con la psicosis

Abstract

En este escrito presentamos parte del trabajo realizado bajo el proyecto de extensión “El arte y la comunicación como lazo social”. La oferta tiene como punto de partida, el reconocimiento de los efectos que a nivel subjetivo produce el desencadenamiento psicótico y el tránsito posterior de la internación en una institución hospitalaria. Podemos afirmar, siguiendo la lectura que el psicoanálisis lacaniano permite, que al momento del desencadenamiento el sujeto permanece en suspenso. Es un tiempo crucial, en el cual los fenómenos elementales dirigen la conducta y los afectos. A causa de esto se corta por completo el lazo con el otro, con sus vínculos e incluso con el mundo. Por su parte, las internaciones conllevan una carga social estigmatizadora que suele limitar y obstaculizar la vida del sujeto, como así también puede producir efectos de “cronificación” y arrasamiento subjetivo que condicionan su inserción social. El proyecto apuesta específicamente a la construcción del lazo social a partir de un montaje clínico-artístico; la dialéctica entre lo clínico y lo artístico supone el mantenimiento del lugar de cada uno de ellos cuya articulación e imbricación forma una red a partir de la cual se leen los efectos en el tratamiento del padecimiento del sujeto. Es decir, se propicia una escena en la cual el sujeto puede insertarse y se tiene en cuenta el modo singular en que ello puede producirse, se considera que una de estas variables no puede darse sin la otra. Nuestro trabajo consistirá en ubicar el uso que cada sujeto puede hacer del espacio de taller, en tanto modo de arreglo de su malestar, eje fundamental para la externación y el sostenimiento del sujeto en la comunidad. Consideramos este tipo de práctica como una oferta alternativa al modelo asilar, al que se cuestiona por sus consecuencias cosificantes a nivel de la subjetividad.

In this paper we present part of the work done under the Extension Project “El arte y la comunicación como lazo social” [“Art and communication as a social bond”]. The offer has as its starting point the recognition of the effects that at a subjective level produces the psychotic outbreak and the subsequent transit of the admission in a hospital. We can affirm, following the reading that Lacanian psychoanalysis allows, that at the time of the outbreak the individual remains in suspense. It is a crucial time, in which elemental phenomena direct behavior and affections. Because of this, the bond with the other, with its links and even with the world, is completely cut off. On the other hand, hospitalizations carry a stigmatizing social burden that usually limits and hinders individual's life, as well as it can produce effects of chronification and subjective devastation that condition their social insertion. The project is specifically committed to the construction of the social bond based on a clinical-artistic montage; the dialectics between the clinical and the artistic supposes the continuation of the place of each one of them whose articulation and imbrication form a network from which the effects in the individual's treatment of the suffering are read. That is, It is propitiated a scene in which the individual can be inserted and in which the singular way how this can occur is taken into account; it is considered that one of these variables cannot occur without the other. Our work will consist in locating the use that each subject can make of the workshop space, as a way to fix their discomfort, fundamental axis for leaving the hospital and the support and continuation of the individual in the community. We consider this type of practice as an alternative offer to the asylum model, which is questioned by its reifying consequences at the level of subjectivity.
