Las familias de la actualidad se desenvuelven en escenarios de múltiples interacciones intergeneracionales (Dabove, 2008), dentro de las cuales se destacan en este trabajo las que se entablan entre nietos/as y abuelos/as, así como también entre bisnietos/as y bisabuelos/as (Grosman y Herrera, 2011). El Código Civil y Comercial refleja en sus diversas captaciones la protección de las relaciones intergeneracionales entre nieto/as y abuelo/as, así como entre bisnieto/as y bisabuelo/as, integrándose al sistema jurídico en consonancia con las exigencias que devienen de los estándares internacionales y constitucionales en la materia. De allí que el presente trabajo tiene como propósito mostrar que la trascendencia que se asigna a dichas interacciones se desprende del análisis dediversos institutos incorporados al Código Civil y Comercial a partir del impacto del derecho internacional de los derechos humanos, así como de la reinterpretación de figuras tradicionalmente receptadas por el mundo jurídico.

The families operate in scenarios of multiple intergenerational interactions, (Dabove, 2008), among which the ones that stand out between grandchildren and grandparents, as well as between great-grandchildren, stand out in this work. and great-grandfather / as (Grosman-Herrera, 2011). The Civil and Commercial Code reflects in its various deposits the protection of intergenerational relationships between grandchildren and grandparents, as well as between great-grandchildren and great-grandparents, integrating into the legal system in line with the demands that come from the standards international and constitutional on the matter. Hence, the purpose of this work is to show that the significance assigned to such interactions is evident from the analysis of various institutes incorporated into the Civil and Commercial Code based on the impact of International Human Rights Law, as well as from the re-interpretation of figures traditionally received by the legal world.
