La práctica pedagógica hoy: el desafío de saborear el saber de lo que se enseña y aprende

Abstract

Este escrito se estructura a partir de una serie de interrogantes que problematiza algunas cuestiones referidas a la actual práctica pedagógica. Se presenta y propone un eje reflexivo en torno al vínculo que se establece entre: educación–saber–sabor. Bajo estas premisas nos preguntamos acerca de cómo resignificar los encuentros/des–encuentros que se producen hoy dentro del aula entre adultos–docentes y jóvenes– estudiantes.

The following writing is structured from a series of questions that problematizes some questions referring to the present pedagogical practice. It presents and proposes a reflexive axis around the link that is established between: education–know–taste. Under these premises we ask ourselves how to re–mean the encounters / dis–encounters that occur today within the classroom between adult–teachers and young–students.
