Las nuevas presentaciones del síntoma: nuevos desafíos

Abstract

Las nuevas formas del síntoma, la multiplicidad de ofertas terapéuticas, las exigencias de medición y de evaluación de los resultados de los tratamientos y el imperativo de la brevedad, son algunas de las condiciones de la época que requieren intento de respuesta al desafío que enfrenta el Psicoanálisis de orientación freudo-lacaniana. Ante esto surgen distintas ofertas terapéuticas como un intento de dar respuesta y solución a la aparición y/o acrecentamiento de estos nuevos males sociales. Estas nuevas condiciones históricoculturales no pueden ser desconocidas por su repercusión en la presentación de los síntomas y las demandas terapéuticas. Nos proponemos en este trabajo, por un lado, constatar las nuevas presentaciones del síntoma. En segundo lugar, analizaremos el nacimiento del Psicoanálisis y por consiguiente el síntoma, no sin dejar de lado las nuevas conceptualizaciones formalizadas por Jacques Lacan. Es nuestro propósito interrogarnos acerca de la vestidura que el síntoma adquiere en la época contemporánea y con él las discusiones acerca del estatuto de los llamados nuevos síntomas, que ilustraremos a través de una viñeta de nuestra práctica clínica.

New forms of symptom, multiple therapeutic options, the requirements for measuring and evaluating the results of the treatments and the imperative of brevity, are some of the conditions of the time requiring attempt to answer the challenge facing the Freudian- Lacanian psychoanalysis orientation. Given this different treatment offers as an attempt to provide answers and solutions to the appearance and / or enhancement of these new social ills arise. These new cultural historical conditions can not be unknown to their impact on the presentation of symptoms and therapeutic claims. We propose in this paper, firstly, finding new symptom presentations. Secondly, we analyze the birth of psychoanalysis and therefore the symptom, not without neglecting the new concepts formalized by Jacques Lacan. It is our intention wonder about the clothing that the symptom acquires in contemporary times and with it the discussions on the status of so-called new symptoms, which illustrate through a bullet in our clinical practice.
