Abstract

El presente trabajo busca, a través del análisis de distintos conceptos, tales como la imagen, la reputación, los datos personales y su protección legal, establecer la existencia y, en su caso, utilidad para el derecho de la llamada “identidad digital”.

This paper aims to establish the existence of the so called “digital identity” and, if so, its usefulness for law, by means of analyzing different concepts related to the topic, such as image, reputation and personal data and their protection.
