Nuevas líneas para el estudio del desarrollo de la atribución mentalista

Abstract

La hipótesis de nuestra investigación es que el desarrollo de la atribución mentalista en la temprana infancia ocurre en interacciones triádicas. Para contrastar dicha hipótesis nos proponemos describir cualicuantitativamente las características distintivas de las interacciones triádicas y su contribución al desarrollo de la atribución mentalista. Para ello se diseñaron dos estudios empíricos de alcance descriptivo, uno piloto y uno principal. Ambos estudios se apoyan en la observación, registro en audio y video, y análisis de situaciones interactivas triádicas ecológicas. En el estudio piloto se considerarán variables intrapersonales e interpersonales (ej. fluidez de la interacción). Las categorías de análisis serán ajustadas y complementadas para el estudio principal en caso de ser necesario. El análisis de los datos se efectuará utilizando el software ELAN [v. 5.3, 2018]. Esta investigación sería la primera en tomar los aportes de la pragmática del objeto y de la perspectiva cultural de sistemas dinámicos para indagar el desarrollo de la atribución mentalista en las interacciones triádicas. Por lo tanto, sus resultados podrían contribuir con el enriquecimiento de este debate y con el diseño de futuras investigaciones.

Our research hypothesis is that the development of mentalist attribution in early childhood occurs in triadic interactions. To test this hypothesis, we propose to describe both quantitatively and qualitatively the distinctive characteristics of triadic interactions and their contribution to the development of mentalist attribution. For this, two empirical studies of descriptive scope were designed, a pilot study and a main one. Both studies rely on observation, audio and video recording and analysis of ecological interactive triadic situations. In the pilot study, intrapersonal and interpersonal variables (e.g., interaction flow) will be considered. The analysis categories will be adjusted and complemented for the main study if necessary. The data analysis will be carried out using the ELAN software [v. 5.3, 2018]. This research would be the first to take input from the pragmatics of the object and from the dynamic-cultural perspective to investigate the development of mentalist attribution systems in triadic interactionss. Therefore, its results could contribute to the enrichment of this debate and the design of future research.
