Abstract in this paper investigated the perceptions of some students graduate courses offered in the form of distance learning (DL) with respect to different categories of analysis such as teacher, flexibility and convenience, learning environment, teaching materials, satisfaction and commitment to undergraduate chosen. The research was conducted through exploratory research, descriptive and quantitative. Questionnaire answered by 554 students enrolled between the years 2009 and 2010, among the subjects with the highest proportion of students can highlight Statistics I end International Finance. The overall analysis shows the predominance of positive perceptions of the students in the above categories so that, the space-time flexibility offered by distance education, as well as the use of different media technologies to mediate the process of teaching and learning were emphasized. It can be stated that the results are consistent with similar surveys in the area of distance education. It is worth noting that the issue of interaction is still a challenge for the sport and offer students a physical library of this type was rejected by a majority of respondents.
