The fourth San Juan Meridian Circle Catalogue (CMSJ4) contains 364 FK4 stars, in the declination zone -30° to -90°, which formed the reference frame for the SRS program, observed with the Repsold meridian circle of the "Félix Aguilar" Astronomical Observatory. It is, also, one of the three catalogues with which our research team has participated in the construction of the new international reference system FK5. In this paper, the systematic components of the CMSJ4's (O-C) are described through the method developed by Bien et al. (1978), in which products of Legendre and Hermite polynomials with Fourier series are used. The method, used in this construction of the KF5, let the systematic differences (Δα, cosδ) and Δδ be described as a general function Δ = f(α, δ, m), in which its simultaneous dependence with the parameters right ascension, declination and magnitude is shown.
