Daniel Tammet: un sujeto autista y su cifra del amor

Abstract

El presente trabajo se inscribe en el Proyecto de investigación “Autistas y esquizofrénicos en el amor. Entre la particularidad de la estructura y la singularidad del caso”, acreditado por la Facultad de Psicología de la UNLP. El mismo se propone formalizar, desde la perspectiva psicoanalítica de orientación lacaniana, el derrotero subjetivo de Daniel Tammet, escritor autista de alto nivel de funcionamiento, en su esfuerzo por responder a su pregunta por el amor. Con la metodología de estudio de casos y de exégesis de textos, se intenta demostrar la estructura metonímica y la función estabilizadora de las diferentes facetas de la salida amorosa del sujeto -la pareja, la vocación y la fe en Jesús-, vertebradas por un “islote de competencia” numéricosinestésico.

This work is part of the research Project “Autistic and schizophrenic in love. Between the particularity of the structure and the singularity of the case”, accredited by the Faculty of Psychology of the UNLP. It aims to formalize, from a Lacanian oriented psychoanalitic perspective, the subject course of Daniel Tammet. high functioning autistic writer, in his effort to answer his question about love. With the methodology of case studies and text exegesis, we try to demonstrate the metonymic structure and the stabilizing function of the different facets of the subject’s romantic outing -the couple, the vocation and the faith in Jesus-, structured by a “islet of competence” numerical-synesthetic.
