Las consecuencias de las violaciones al derecho a una vivienda adecuada: un análisis desde una perspectiva de género

Abstract

Partiendo de que el sexo es una categoría socialmente relevante, ya que los mismos hechos no afectan de la misma forma ni tienen iguales consecuencias en hombres que en mujeres, en este artículo analizamos cuáles son algunas de esas afectaciones diferenciadas en relación al derecho a una vivienda adecuada y a su vulneración. El análisis se realiza tomando la variable sexo como central, focalizando en la perspectiva de las mujeres y teniendo como marco de referencia el reconocimiento normativo que ha realizado el Estado Argentino del derecho humano a una vivienda adecuada

Given that sex is a socially relevant category, and because the same facts do not affect the same way or have the same impact on men than on women, within this article we analize what are some of those affectations that can be differentiated in relation to the right of an adequate housing and its infringement. The sex variable is performed as the focus of this analysis considering the female perspective and the legislative recognition that the Argentine Government has done on the human right to adequate housing.
