El nacimiento del yo en un sujeto autista, respuesta de lo real al desamor parental

Abstract

Este trabajo se inscribe en el Proyecto de Investigación “Autistas y esquizofrénicos en el amor. Entre la particularidad de la estructura y la singularidad del caso”, acreditado por la Universidad Nacional de La Plata. Mediante el examen cualitativo e instrumental de un caso obtenido de la práctica del Dr. Lucas Nicolaas Johannes Kamp (1913-1995), psiquiatra infantil de la Universidad de Utrecht, el mismo se propuso formalizar los momentos cruciales de la cura de una niña autista, que se prolongó por espacio de siete años. A partir de los registros audiovisuales del tratamiento se apuntó a cernir las vicisitudes del amor filial como condición para la posición del sujeto en la estructura y las inflexiones del amor de transferencia en la dirección de la cura. La labor desplegada por la niña y su partenaire permitió el desplazamiento de una presentación kanneriana y la instauración del primer objeto libidinal, el yo en tanto amor al sí-mismo. Dicha instancia psíquica, jalón esencial de la constitución subjetiva, habilitó la pregunta por las posibles consecuencias de un futuro encuentro amoroso con el Otro sexo, para quien prescindió de la metáfora paterna en su sexuación.

This work is part of the Research Project “Autists and schizophrenics in love. Between the particularity of the structure and the uniqueness of the case ”, accredited by the National University of La Plata. Through the qualitative and instrumental examination of a case obtained from the practice of Dr. Lucas Nicolaas Johannes Kamp (1913-1995), a child psychiatrist at the University of Utrecht, he set out to formalize the crucial moments of the cure of an autistic girl, that lasted for seven years. From the audiovisual records of the treatment it was aimed to sift the vicissitudes of filial love as a condition for the position of the subject in the structure and the inflections of transference love in the direction of the cure. The work carried out by the girl and her partner allowed the displacement of a Kannerian presentation and the establishment of the first libidinal object, the self as love of the self. Said psychic instance, an essential milestone of the subjective constitution, enabled the question of the possible consequences of a future love affair with the Other sex, for whom he dispensed with the paternal metaphor in his sexuation.
