Contrato de obra intelectual y derechos de autor: las obras arquitectónicas y su protección en el derecho argentino

Abstract

El presente texto tiene como finalidad el análisis al régimen legal del contrato de obra, específicamente referido a las obras intelectuales. Desde este aspecto, se hará especial referencia a la protección de derechos de autor acorde a la Ley 11.723 y su influencia en el contrato de obra regulado por el Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación, haciendo hincapié en el caso de las obras arquitectónicas.

The purpose of this text is to analyze the legal regime of the work contract, specifically referring to intellectual works. From this aspect, special reference will be made to the protection of copyright according to Law 11,723 and its influence on the work contract regulated by the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation, emphasizing the case of architectural works.
