Despatologización clínica

Abstract

Orientadas por el psicoanálisis Lacaniano nos proponemos trabajar la función del significante, distinguiendo dos usos en el ser hablante. Por un lado, la función de representación, ligada a la creencia en el Otro y a la articulación del significante con un sentido. Por otro lado, su función de nominación, que no responde a la lógica de la articulación S1-S2 pero tiene un efecto a nivel de la inscripción del goce sobre el territorio corporal y se vincula con la función de anudamiento de los tres registros: simbólico, imaginario y real. A partir de dicha distinción interrogamos las nominaciones que en la época se presentan, las cuales muchas veces se deslizan de manera metonímica no llegando a tocar la opacidad del goce. Además, en el intento de evitar un empuje a la heteronormativización proponemos una orientación: localizar para el ser hablante su “estilo de vida” definido en el síntoma como anudamiento.

Guided by Lacanian psychoanalysis, we intend to work on the function of the signifier, distinguishing two uses in the speaking being. On the one hand, the function of representation, linked to the belief in the Other and the articulation of the signifier with a sense. On the other hand, its naming function, which does not respond to the logic of the S1-S2 articulation but has an effect at the level of jouissance inscription on the body territory and is linked to the knotting function of the three registers: symbolic, imaginary and real. Based on this distinction, we question the nominations that are presented at the time, which often slide metonymically, not reaching the opacity of jouissance. In addition, in an attempt to avoid a push towards heteronormativization, we propose an orientation: locate for the speaking being their “lifestyle” defined in the symptom as knotting.
