El trayecto adolescente atravesado por una enfermedad orgánica: entrecruzamiento del psicoanálisis y los cuidados paliativos

Abstract

El objetivo del siguiente trabajo, a partir de la revisión bibliográfica y el análisis de un caso clínico, es realizar el entrecruzamiento de los discursos del Psicoanálisis y los Cuidados Paliativos en el devenir de la trayectoria adolescente. La adolescencia implica la elaboración de significativas transformaciones del cuerpo que marcan este tiempo de la vida. Cuerpo que se construye en el seno de los vínculos y del campo histórico - social. Piera Aulagnier conceptualiza al Proyecto Identificatorio como la alteridad potencial para un yo no condenado meramente a permanecer, sino condenado a investir un cambio, construir y reconstruir un futuro. Ahora bien, qué sucede cuando en el devenir del tiempo de la adolescencia, nos encontramos con una enfermedad orgánica, como el cáncer, que amenaza y limita la vida, como un real imposible de eludir. ¿Qué particularidades se presentarán en torno de la simbolización del cuerpo y de las marcas que la enfermedad y su tratamiento dejarán? ¿Cómo pensar la simbolización de los padres en esta etapa y del propio adolescente, quien lucha con lograr una autonomía y separación tanto de lo físico como de lo psíquico-ideológico?

On the basis of a literature review and the analysis of a clinical case, he aim of this work, was to intertwine the discourses of psychoanalysis and palliative care in the adolescence path unfolding Adolescence implies significant transformations of the body characterizing stage of life. How can the symbolization of the parents at this stage and of the adolescent himself, who struggles to achieve autonomy and separation from both the physical and the psychic-ideological, be thought?
