Pedagogías antirracistas: realidades en Colombia y Argentina

Abstract

El presente capítulo expone reflexiones producto del panel titulado Pedagogías antirracistas: realidades en Colombia y Argentina realizado en el marco del I Coloquio Latinoamericano Subjetividades y Territorio: repensar la coexistencia, en noviembre del año 2022. Contiene una contextualización sobre el racismo, su relación con la pobreza y con el fenómeno de la migración en la región América Latina, también, presenta los conceptos de raza y racismo, su evolución, perspectiva actual y latinoamericana y, antecedentes investigativos sobre racismo y educación en la región. En la parte final, el apartado titulado Silencios, nacionalismos y racismos en medio de resistencias desde prácticas educativas en Argentina y Colombia da cuenta de experiencias educativas antirracista e interculturales.

This chapter presents reflections resulting from the panel entitled Anti-racist Pedagogies: realities in Colombia and Argentina carried out within the framework of the I Latin American Colloquium Subjectivities and Territory: rethinking coexistence, in November 2022. Contains a contextualization of racism and its relationship with poverty and the phenomenon of migration in the Latin American region, the concepts of race and racism, its evolution, current and Latin American perspective, and research background on racism and education in the region. Finally, the section Silences, nationalisms and racisms in the midst of resistance from educational practices in Argentina and Colombia gives an account of anti-racist and intercultural educational experiences.
