Cáncer primitivo del duodeno

Abstract

Los autores presentan un caso de cáncer primario de duodeno. Se trataba de un cáncer en su forma ulcerosa al final de la segunda y tercera porción, que se perforó en el peritoneo y dio lugar a una peritonitis consecutiva.

The authors present a case of primary duodenum cancer. It was a cancer in its ulcerous form at the end of the second and third portion, it was perforated in the peritoneum and gave consecutive peritonitis. The patient was cachectical and we could feel, clinically, a profound tumor in the epigastrium. The radiology showed a filiform stenosis at the second duodenal portions and an antro gastric and pyloric compression. The authors reviewed clinical symptomatology of the known cases and the means to do differential diagnosis with the other duodenum straitness.
