Abstract

In the Facultad de Ciencias Naturales y Museo of the Universidad Nacional de La Plata, a insignia representing the Doctorate in Natural Sciences survived to these days, which could be obtained in the 1960s in the Centro de Estudiantes. Recently, the director of the Museum located an unknown insignia that could represent the institution. Both insignia are described and hypotheses are raised about the possible age of the last one brought to light.
