Proteínas sanguíneas en el reumatismo crónico: estudio de las distintas fracciones proteicas por los métodos estadísticos

Abstract

El objeto del presente trabajo es determinar las distintas fracciones proteicas en el plasma sanguíneo de sujetos normales y sujetos afectados de reumatismo crónico y luego por medio de métodos estadísticos establecer la diferencia significativa entre las mismas.

We have done 72 determinations in which we have studied the different proteins fractions of sanguineous plasma. We have determined by statistical methods the expressive difference between values we got from normal subjects and those from patients with chronich rheumatism. In the case of fibrinogen of rheumatoid arthritis we can see an expressive difference; this shows a great increase in erythrocyte sedimentation rate. In the case of total proteins, albumin, globulin of rheumatoid arthritis we cannot see any difference. In the cases of fibrinogen, total proteins, albumins and osteoarthritis any fibrositis globulins there are not any difference. By this we can prove more the relations between erythrocyte sedimentation values and fibrinogen ones.
