Una casa, muchas casas: espacialidad, evolución y percepción desde la perspectiva de la arquitectura vegetal

Abstract

Desde nuestros primeros vistazos, al nacer, nos vemos inmersos en un mundo construido que cambia ante nuestros ojos a lo largo de nuestra existencia. La arquitectura y el ambiente natural que nos rodea no se mantienen estáticos, sino que se vuelven efímeros ante nuestra creciente percepción. Los espacios se vuelven singulares a través de nuestras percepciones no por el sentido arquitectónico que poseen sino por el mundo que traducen, haciendo que el receptor se encuentre entre la realidad y la ilusión que anticipa a la verdad. Crecer en torno a un ambiente vivo nos enfrenta a la articulación de los espacios con conceptos que ponen en sinergia emociones para definir lugares que no conocemos en pos de componer nuestro entorno a través de la memoria.

Before our first glances, at birth, we are immersed in a constructed world that changes before our eyes throughout our existence. The architecture and the natural environment that surrounds us do not remain static but become ephemeral in the face of our changing emotions and our growing perception. Spaces become singular through our perceptions, not because of the architectural sense they possess but because of the world they translate, making the receiver find himself between reality and the illusion that anticipates the truth. Growing up around a living environment confronts us with the articulation of spaces with concepts that put emotions in synergy to define places that we do not know in order to compose our environment through memory.
