La importancia del petróleo en los hecho del 11 de septiembre de 2001

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo replantear la situación del mundo a casi un año del atentado del World Trade Center. Varios son los puntos que puedo examinar, pero en particular analizó solamente dos; primero, la captura de Bin Laden, objetivo primario que se propuso el Pentágono y segundo, que importancia tuvo y tiene el petróleo de Asia Central en la “Operación Libertad Duradera”. En el principio del trabajo describo muy someramente los acontecimientos del 11 de septiembre del 2.001. Establezco algunas reflexiones sobre los motivos y causas del atentado. También marco responsabilidades y analizo información de ese momento para dejar en claro si Bin Laden fue o no responsable del atentado. En consecuencia esto sirve de introducción al tema central de mi ponencia, que se refiere a la importancia del petróleo de Asia Central. Desde la caída de los socialismos reales la zona de Asia Central se convierte en el gran botín de las Potencias Occidentales. Por lo tanto, mi intención es demostrar como una guerra que tuvo como objetivo primario destruir a una persona culpable o no de un atentado, va a favorecer a los intereses de las Grandes Potencias implicadas en la Operación Libertad Duradera. Puesto que, donde se desarrollan las operaciones militares es también zona de transito de futuros proyectos de oleoductos o gasoductos (creación, ampliación o renovación). Para el análisis tengo en cuenta que Pakistán usa una estrategia con doble objetivo, primero colocar en Kabul (Afganistán) un régimen controlable (hoy logrado) y segundo abrir un corredor de acceso a Asia Central para controlar el tránsito del hidrocarburo. En realidad lo que Estados Unidos de Norteamérica trata es tomar el control de toda la zona de Asia Central y Medio Oriente, por medio de “Democracias a Medidas” o “Gobiernos Manejables”. Cuando Bush propone la existencia del “Eje del Mal” (Irak, Irán y Corea del Norte) determina su próximo paso, el ataque a Saddam Hussein. Con este planteo demuestro que el objetivo primario de la guerra que es el Terrorismo de Estado contra Terrorismo se pierde y en realidad se logra el control del petróleo de Asia Central.

This work has the objective of reviewing the world situation after almost a year from the attack to the World Trade Center. Several are the points that I can review, but in particular I analyse only two; in first place, the capture of Bin Laden, main objective proposed by the Pentagon and in second place, which importance has and had the oil of Central Asia during the “Enduring Freedom Operation”. At the beginning of the work I superficially describe the events on September 11th 2001. I establish some reflections about the reasons and causes of the attack. I also mention responsibilities and analyse the information published to establish whether Bin Laden was responsible of the attack or not. In consequence, this is the introduction to the main subject of my paper, which refers to the importance of oil in Central Asia. From the falling of the real socialism, the Central Asia area has become the great booty for the Superpowers. Therefore, my intention is to demonstrate how a war which had the primary goal of destroying a person, whether he was guilty of the attack or not, is going to favour the interest of the Superpowers involved in the Enduring Freedom Operation. Considering that where the military operations are taken is also a zone where there are projects to build oil or gas pipelines (build, enlarge or renew). For this analysis I take into account that Pakistán uses a double objective strategy, first to establish in Kabul (Afganistán) a controllable regime (today achieved) and second to open an access corridor to Central Asia to control the oil transit. Actually what USA is trying is to take control of the whole zone of Central Asia and Middle West, through “Customise Democracies” and “Controllable Governments”. When Bush suggests the existence of the “Evil Axis” (Irak, Irán and North Corea), he determines his following step, the attack to Saddam Hussein. With this review I demonstrate that the main objective of the war which is the State Terrorism against Terrorism is lost and actually what is obtain is the control of oil in Central Asia.
