La codificación del Derecho Romano

Abstract

Las presentes líneas, configuran una prieta síntesis sobre el llamado fenómeno de codificación del Derecho Romano, dirigida, principalmente, al novel alumno estudiante de Derecho. En ella, se intentará precisar ciertos conceptos y discernir sus clasificaciones, de modo tal de facilitar el estudio de una temática que resultar ser, al menos en principio, aparencialmente poco atractiva. Se dará un tratamiento ordenado del fenómeno de codificación, desde sus antecedentes primigenios -incipientes tentativas privadas- hasta la concreción de una de las más perfectas obras jurídicas del mundo antiguo: el código de Justiniano.

These lines form a brown synthesis of the so-called phenomenon of codification of Roman law, aimed primarily at students of law novel. It will attempt to clarify certain concepts and discern their classifications, thereby facilitating the study of a subject that prove, at least in principle, aparencial unappealing. An ordered addressing the phenomenon of Codification will, from its earliest history - emerging private attempts - until the realization of one of the most perfect legal works of the ancient world: the code of Justinian.
