dc.description.abstract | O trabalho teve por objetivo avaliar a atividade de extratos vegetais de plantas espontâneas encontradas em agroecossistemas sobre Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. phaseoli e Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci, agentes causais de bacterioses em feijoeiro. Foram avaliadas alecrim-do-campo (Baccharis dracunculifolia), carqueja (Baccharis trimera), língua-de-vaca (Rumex crispus) e tansagem (Plantago major) nas concentrações de 0, 1, 5, 10 e 15% de extrato aquoso. Ensaios foram conduzidos em delineamento inteiramente casualizado com quatro repetições. Os extratos das quatro plantas afetaram o crescimento das bactérias, com destaque para alecrim-do-campo e carqueja que promoveram redução de 77,5 e 79,1% no crescimento de P. syringae pv. tabaci. em relação a testemunha, respectivamente. Esses resultados indicam o potencial desses extratos como estratégia no controle alternativo dessas bacterioses. | pt |
dc.description.abstract | The objective of this work was to evaluate the activity of plant extracts of weeds found in agro-ecosystems on Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. phaseoli and Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci, causal agents of bacterial diseases in beans. Aqueous extracts of Baccharis dracunculifolia, Baccharis trimera, Rumex crispus and Plantago major at concentrations of 0, 1, 5, 10 and 15% were evaluated. Assays were conducted in completely randomized design with four replications. The four plant extracts affected the growth of bacteria, especially rosemary-the-field and gorse that promoted reduction of 77.5 and 79.1% growth of P. syringae pv. tabaci. compared to control, respectively. These results indicate the potential of these extracts as alternative control in these bacterial diseases. | en |
