El derecho a la ciudad y el paisaje como herramienta de evaluación

Abstract

Los objetivos de la investigación consisten en colaborar en la construcción del concepto de derecho a la ciudad como una calificación de un recorte particular del territorio. De esta forma se intenta aportar al debate sobre este - derecho a la ciudad – utilizando como herramienta de comprensión y evaluación de su significado, el concepto de paisaje utilizado como medio de la imaginabilidad de diferentes habitantes de la ciudad. Para ello se profundizara conceptual y metodológicamente sobre las nociones de derecho a la ciudad y paisaje, a fin de articularlos con el objetivo de construir indicadores que ayuden a medir hasta donde el derecho a la ciudad es algo sentido entre diferentes actores de lo urbano. Para que sean puestos a prueba en los territorios que se han de seleccionar como casos testigo. De esta forma se podrá encontrar las distancias entre los valores del derecho a la ciudad y lo que interpreta la población sobre ello. Entendiendo que la ciudad es un producto social y colectivo donde desigualdades y oportunidades deberían asumirse colectivamente, evaluar los significados en torno al Derecho a la Ciudad, contribuye al desarrollo de la gestión urbana y territorial como un instrumento de redistribución de la riqueza.
