Aportes para el estudio de la tutela sindical en el régimen jurídico vigente

Abstract

El presente artículo constituye un sencillo pero claro intento para comprender algunos alcances del instituto de la tutela sindical en el derecho argentino, y a la vez contribuir para su progresiva ampliación, para lo cual trabajaremos con la ley 23.551 que regula de manera principal lo atinente al derecho de las asociaciones sindicales en nuestro país. Sin perder de vista también otras fuentes basales del derecho del trabajo igual o más importantes incluso que la antedicha disposición legal, todo con el afán de nutrir progresivamente nuestros conocimientos acerca de uno de los institutos más importantes de la rama jurídica seleccionada y con ello, construir nuevas conclusiones que a futuro, sirvan para proveer nuevas y mejores herramientas de protección a los trabajadores que son los grandes protagonistas de la historia y el sentido de nuestra disciplina.

This is a simple but clear attempt to understand some reaches of the institute of trade union protection under Argentine law, while contributing to its progressive expansion, for which we will work with Law 23.551 that regulates main way it pertains to the right of trade unions in our country, without losing sight also other baseline sources of labor law equally or more important even than the above legal provision, all with the aim of progressively nurture our knowledge about one of the most important institutes of the branch legal selected and thus build new findings that in the future, serve to provide new and better tools to protect workers who are the protagonists of history and the meaning of our discipline.
