Análisis térmico-energético estival de tipología FONAVI y vivienda bioclimática en la ciudad de San Juan, Argentina

Abstract

Se evalúa paralelamente el desempeño térmico-energético que presentan dos viviendas durante el crítico período estival de San Juan (clima cálido-seco). Una de ellas es económica de tipo FONAVI (C1), mientras que la otra responde a pautas bioclimáticas (C2). Se llevan a cabo monitoreos sociales y técnicos durante 15 días, a fin de relevar datos sobre: a) hábitos que caracterizan a sus usuarios, b) temperatura, humedad e iluminación a través de registros efectuados cada 10 minutos con dataloggers HOBO tipo U12, c) consumos diarios de gas y electricidad. A través de cálculo estacionario con KG-MOD, se obtienen los valores teóricos respectivos. Los moradores de C1 sufrieron alto disconfort térmico, con medias superiores entre 3°C y 5°C respecto a C2, y amplitudes mayores entre 1,5°C y 4,5°C, teniendo C2 un consumo eléctrico escasamente más elevado que C1.

The thermal-energy performance of two dwellings during the critical summer period in San Juan (warm-dry climate) is evaluated in parallel. One is an economic FONAVI type (C1), while the other one responds to bioclimatic patterns (C2). Social and technical monitoring was carried out for 15 days in order to relieve data on: a) habits that characterize its users, b) temperature, humidity and lighting through registrations every 10 minutes with dataloggers HOBO U12 type, c ) daily consumption of gas and electricity. Through stationary calculation with KG-MOD, the respective theoretical values were obtained. C1 dwellers suffered high thermal discomfort, with higher average temperatures between 3°C and 5°C respect to C2, and also amplitudes varying from 1,5°C to 4,5°C higher than C2, but its electricity consumption was a barely lower than C2.
