Estudio comparativo <i>in vitro</i> del aflojamiento de tornillos de fijación en pilares de prótesis implanto asistida

Abstract

El principio que propone Bränemark desde el nacimiento de la implantología es poder montar y desmontar las estructuras protéticas sobre los implantes colocados en los maxilares, gracias al ajuste y/o aflojamiento del tornillo de fijación. El aflojamiento del tornillo del pilar sigue siendo la más frecuentemente reportada en la literatura. El objetivo de este estudio es identificar el aflojamiento de los tornillos de fijación ajustados a 20 y 32 N/cm, y compararlo con experimentos de temperatura, en frío y calor, arenado, lubricado y cementado para ello se utilizaron tornillos de fijación de cabeza hexagonal de plataforma regular 4.1 y pilar de titanio recto maquinado. Marca: Tree – Oss.N= 60 dividido en seis grupos de 10 muestras cada uno, fueron ajustados a 20 – 32 N/cm y se midió el aflojamiento con un torquímetro mecánico de precisión calibrado. Marca Britol. Unidad de medida empleada: N/cm. Los valores medios de las medias para cada grupo fueron: 20,34,32,31, 31,32 (+ -2)N/cm. Concluyendo que el aflojamiento de los tornillos de fijación ajustados a 20 y 32 N/cm demostró un aflojamiento superior al torque inicial aplicadosiendo las diferencias encontradas estadísticamente significativas. Con cambios en la temperatura se modificaron los valores de aflojamiento negativamente.La adición de agente lubricante aumentó los 32 N/cm iniciales, pero comparando con los tornillos sin agregado los valores fueron inferiores.Los arenados no produjeron alteración. El agente cementante temporario redujo significativamente el aflojamiento de los tornillos de fijación en comparación al ajuste inicial.

Loosening values were changed negatively with changes in temperature. The addition of lubricant agent increased the initial 32 N/cm, but comparing with the screws without aggregate values were lower. The sanded produced no alteration. The temporary cementing agent significantly reduced the loosening of screws compared to initial setting.
