Trabajo y subjetividad: problemáticas en el escenario socioeconómico actual

Abstract

La propuesta de este Taller se enmarca en la investigación que la cátedra de Psicología Social viene llevando a cabo, denominada “La problemática de la ideología en psicología social en tanto disciplina y profesión”. En dicha investigación, nos propusimos efectuar una interpelación ideológica de la disciplina-profesión Psicología Social, concerniente a sus presupuestos epistemológicos y fundamentos teóricos, a sus dispositivos y procedimientos metodológicos, como así también de los objetivos, las técnicas y los propósitos ético-políticos de sus intervenciones profesionales. La perspectiva desde la cual abordamos la problemática ideológica exige caracterizar la práctica profesional en su doble dimensión: con respecto a los efectos práctico-sociales objetivos del trabajo profesional, confrontado con ciertas demandas sociales dentro de condiciones históricas determinadas y con respecto a la realidad reconstruida en lo psíquico, en el pensamiento, como consciencia subjetiva de la situación.

We consider the centrality of work in human life as constitutive of subjectivity. Therefore the permanent shocks, degrees of involvement as well as measures of flexibility and disciplining to the worker return to the theme of the relationship between subjectivity and highly relevant work of being addressed in a space of academic exchange. In this sense, we propose an experiential workshop aimed to students and graduates device oriented to think the situation of problematic psychosocial work-related and that they address the subject in their daily lives and to propose possible modes of intervention that contemplate the dimension subjective dialectically with the social processes in play. Our politicalethical purpose not only is generated as a product of the workshop proposals for intervention (objectivity) but also that participants produce new meanings with others and in that to transform its subjectivity. Methodology workshop in which our business is based will be through the formation of small groups which are conducive to the deploy of representations, speeches, imaginary, ideologies that transporting statements on the issue. Statements that make possible the construction of new and creative strategies.
