Histeria y anorexia: de las hipótesis psicoanalíticas y la travesía

Abstract

Los márgenes de la histeria es el territorio teórico clínico que nos convoca en nuestra actual investigación y que nos desafía a revisar una serie de fenómenos patológicos que parecieran no ajustarse al paradigma freudiano de la histeria pero que, sin embargo, comprometen en su padecer al deseo, la femineidad, el cuerpo. Son las presentaciones llamadas “anoréxicas” y su intersección con la histeria las que nos motivan en este trabajo a revisar en la bibliografía de Sigmund Freud y Jacques Lacan, la articulación entre la histeria y ciertos síntomas anoréxicos, pretendiendo despejarlos tanto en su estructura como en su función. En tal sentido, Freud nos ofrece, pocas, pero interesantes referencias que intentamos discutir en el presente trabajo y que relanzan nuestro interés por el abordaje de estas expresiones del padecer “contemporáneo”. En esta oportunidad nos dedicamos a revisar, por medio de la metodología de la exégesis de textos la particular intersección entre histeria y anorexia, abocándonos fundamentalmente en este primer tiempo de la investigación al espectro de presentaciones clínicas donde el síntoma anoréxico resulta permeable al dispositivo de palabras.

The margins of hysteria are the clinical theoretical territory that summons us in our current investigation (PPID), and challenges us to examine a series of pathological phenomena that seemed not to fit to the freudian paradigm of hysteria but, however, they compromise in it suffering desire, feminity, the body. There are presentations called “anorexic” and their intersection with histeria which motive us in this work to be checked in Freud’s and Lacan’s bibliography the articulation between hysteria and certain anorexic symptoms triyng to clear its structure and its function. In this sense Freud offer us, few but interesting references that we try to discuss in the present work and relaunch our interest in the approach of these expressions of “contemporary” suffer. In this opportunity, we will revieuw, through the exegesis of the freudian texts, the particular intersection between hysteria and anorexia. Althought there are few references in his work, these lead us to debate about this type of ailments that continue to challenge us today as psychoanalists, to be designed at this first time to the spectrum of clinical phenomena to be able to the talking cure.
