Condiciones actuales para el ejercicio de la psicoterapia

Abstract

El problema que nos proponemos investigar es interrogar si la relación psicoterapias/psicoanálisis hoy, es de sinonimia, antítesis o intersección parcial. La metodología utilizada para abordar estas controversias será revisar exhaustivamente los textos de Jacques Lacan “Proposición del 9 de octubre de 1967” y “Situación del psicoanálisis y formación del analista”, las incumbencias universitarias del título expedido por la Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP), la Ley del ejercicio profesional del Psicólogo en distintas provincias y los dispositivos de Escuela (cartel y pase). Las instituciones que se vienen ocupando de esta temática son diversas: asociaciones (para la defensa gremial), institutos (para la enseñanza y capacitación), colegios profesionales (para el control de la matrícula) y escuelas (dedicadas a la transmisión del discurso del psicoanálisis).

The problem under research and the goals of this paper: To question whether the psychotherapies/psychoanalysis relationship is today one of synonymy, antithesis or partial intersection. Methodology used to approach these controversies: the texts “9 of October Proposal” were exhaustively revised, as well as the work “Situation of Psychoanalysis and Formation…” by J. Lacan, together with the university incumbency of the degree provided by the UNLP, the Law for the Professional Exercise of the Psycologist in different provinces, and the School devices (cartel, passe, etc.). The institutions that deal with this problem are several: Associations (for unions’ defense), Professional Colleges (for control and matriculation), and Schools (devoted to transmitting the discours of psychoanalysis).
