Caracterización meteorológica de un sistema aeroportuario existente

Abstract

En el presente artículo se especifican cuestiones asociadas al relevamiento y/ó la caracterización meteorológica de un aeropuerto y su entorno desde el punto de vista del diseño y/o de la seguridad operacional. Se busca identificar las variables meteorológicas involucradas y se brinda un panorama general sobre las afecciones de las mismas en los sistemas aeroportuarios. Se indican, de acuerdo a la normativa de OACI, aquellos parámetros meteorológicos cuyos estados y evoluciones deben ser reportados en un aeropuerto. Además, se presentan algunas cuestiones relativas a la toma de datos y tipos de informes, como así también algunas consideraciones a tener en cuenta con respecto a la ubicación del campo meteorológico en el sistema aeroportuario.

This article specifies issues associated with the meteorological survey and / or characterization of an airport and its environment from a design and / or operational safety point of view. It seeks to identify the meteorological variables involved and offers a general overview about the affections of these in the airport systems. It indicates, according to ICAO regulations, those meteorological parameters whose states and evolutions must be reported at an airport. Additionally, it presents some issues relatives to the collection of data and types of reports, as well as some considerations to take into account with respect to the location of the meteorological field at the airport system.
