Red de campos de vuelo Argentina y su articulación con indicadores y planes estratégicos de desarrollo

Abstract

El objetivo del presente es identificar, a partir del relevamiento oportuno realizado por el GTA, los distintos campos de vuelo del país, junto con la infraestructura de ayudas a la navegación asociada, teniendo en cuenta los diversos planes estratégicos existentes (Plan Estratégico Territorial -PET-; Plan Federal de Turismo), con el fin de evidenciar aquellos aeropuertos que merecen una especial atención en relación a la multimodalidad y complementariedad del transporte. El transporte aéreo es un pilar fundamental en la red de transporte de un estado y resulta esencial para cubrir la demanda en el traslado de pasajeros y carga en un territorio tan vasto como lo es el argentino. Para ello el país cuenta con una red de aeropuertos y una infraestructura de ayudas a la navegación que interactúan, se complementan y posibilitan la actividad aeronáutica. A su vez, el estado ha planteado diversos planes estratégicos relacionados al crecimiento y a la potenciación de la industria, el turismo y la red de transporte, entre otros; todo esto teniendo en cuenta objetivos estratégicos territoriales particulares. Se presenta, entonces, un resumen de la situación actual de la red aeroportuaria argentina detallando: cantidad de campos de vuelo, ubicación, clave de referencia y categoría en relación a procedimientos instrumentales de aterrizaje (sistemas ILS), entre otros. Luego se evidencia la importancia de cada aeropuerto o la necesidad de potenciar los mismos en contraste con las líneas de acción planteadas por los diversos planes estratégicos mencionados vigentes. Para ello se analizan diversos índices y/o indicadores directamente vinculados con el crecimiento y desarrollo del país. Finalmente se mencionan los principales aeropuertos pertenecientes a la red aeroportuaria nacional que evidencian un papel clave en el crecimiento del país.

The purpose of this paper is to identify, from the opportune survey conducted by the GTA, different airfields in the country, along with the associated navigational aids infrastructure, taking into account the various existing strategic plans (Territorial Strategic Plan -PET-; Federal Tourism Plan), in order to highlight those airports that deserve special attention in relation to multimodal transport and complementarity. Air transport is a fundamental pillar in the transport network of a state and is essential to meet the demand in the transportation of passengers and cargo in an area as vast as is the Argentine. For this, the country has a network of airports and navigational aids infrastructure that interact, complement and enable aviation activity. In turn, the state has raised various strategic plans related to the growth and empowerment of industry, tourism and transport, among others, all this considering particular territorial strategic objectives. A summary is presented then, of the current status of the Argentinean airport network detailing: number of airfields, location, reference code and category regarding landing instrument procedures (ILS Systems), among others. Then it is highlighted the importance of each airport or the need to empower them in contrast to the lines of action raised by the various current strategic plans mentioned. In order to do, this various indices and / or indicators that are directly linked to the growth and development of the country are analyzed. Finally the main airports that belong to the national airport network and show a key role in the country's growth are mentioned.
