Sistema de protección de derechos desde la perspectiva de NNyA

Abstract

La presente ponencia tiene por objeto desplegar una breve síntesis preliminar acerca de los resultados obtenidos mediante una investigación exploratoria, que se propone conocer las prácticas concretas del Sistema de Promoción y Protección de Derechos de Niños, niñas y adolescentes, en un contexto sociopolítico y geográfico determinado, desde la perspectiva de los titulares del derecho a la protección especial. La investigación se propone identificar, analizar y reflexionar, acerca de los dilemas y las tensiones que desde el relato de los “protegidos” del Sistema, pueden reconocerse en las prácticas desplegadas, a fin de establecer conclusiones, reflexiones y sugerencias, acerca de las características que adquieren las intervenciones y las formas en que se adecúan o no al cumplimiento de los fines y objetivos de protección de niños, niñas y adolescentes, y de restitución de los derechos vulnerados.

This paper aims to display a brief preliminary synthesis about the results obtained through an exploratory investigation, which is intended to know the specific practices of the System for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Children and Adolescents, in a specific socio-political and geographical context, from the perspective of the subjects entitled to the special protection. The research seeks to identify, analyze and reflect about the dilemmas and tensions that can be recognized in the practices deployed from the testimony of the ‘protected’ of the System, in order to establish conclusions, reflections and suggestions, on the characteristics that interventions acquire and the ways in which they adapt or not to the fulfillment of the aims and objectives of protection of children and adolescents and of restitution of the violated rights.
